The pneumatic system shall provide pressure and flow rate in accordance with paragraph 3.9.5 of this document. All pneumatic connections shall be tested to ensure compliance with this document.
4.4.12 Vertical Actuator
Tests shall ensure that actuators shall be manually driven and capable of at least two (2) feet of adjustment for all stands.
4.4.13 Reliability Test
The C-130 ISO Stand shall be tested to and shall comply with the requirements specified in paragraph 3.11. Acceptance can occur only at discrete times, while rejection can occur at any time after 3 failures has occurred. At the end of the test, all items shall parts shall be inspected to verify that there is no deformation.

4.5 OT&E
After all other tests specified herein have been successfully performed, the C-130 ISO Stand shall be tested on the C-130 Aircraft at Youngstown MAP Ohio Air Force Reserve Air Base. The operational test shall consist of the full mating of the C-130 ISO Stand set to the C-130 Aircraft. The inability of the C-130 ISO Stand to satisfactorily meet any requirement specified in paragraph 3.10.1 –
3.10.9 shall be cause for rejection. After the stands have been assembled, the timeline for this test is 60 days. Below are the following tests:
4.5.1 Interface Test
All sectional stands shall be positioned together around aircraft. The set-up time shall be no longer than 1 hour with 6 people. All stands shall be inspected to confirm that stands will interface with airframe.
4.5.2 Substructure
The following equipment shall be used to demonstrate that substructure will not interfere with normal operation:
6’ wheel and tire dolly 6’ X 3’ X 6’ panel dolly External fuel tank dolly AC Pack dolly APU dolly Fuel and oil bowsers Simulate the ALL TV Molt by confirming a 168” long X 59” wide X 60” high substance can be maneuvered in the substructure.
All jacks
4.5.3 Starting heights
The starting height for the fuselage and tail stands shall be 93 inches. The wing and engine stands shall follow the contour of the wing within 6 inches.
4.5.4 Production tests
The contractor is responsible for maintaining an approved quality and inspection system. Each ISO stand shall be subjected to the same tests as the first production
Ground Support Equipment Branch Page 18 of 22 test on the following areas: examination of product, welds and welding, adjustable deck sections, stairs, sectional stand test, system tests (both electrical and pneumatic), and interface test in accordance with paragraph 3.10.1 – 3.10.9.
These tests shall be done at each stand destination.
5.0 DOCUMENTATION
