PD06WRGBZOENF34 par 3.14 states:
"Hands-on classroom familiarization shall be presented by the contractor at Youngstown addressing theory of operation, toubleshooting and unique maintenance tasks as required for a seamless full-system integration"
Please clarify the Government's intent related to providing this type of training at other locations (option year production deliveries):
1. Will the Government require the contractor to provide this type of training at each delivery location?
No.
2. Will the Government provide this training internally based off the training (materials) delivered by the contractor at Youngstown? If so, will the Government require training materials such as facilitator guides or instructional media to 'train the trainer'?
The contractor will be responsible for training personnel at the First Production testing location at Youngstown ANG Ohio. The contractor shall provide whatever personnel and instructional media that they deem necessary to demonstrate all operational procedures of the First Production to Youngstown ANG maintenance operators. The contractor shall provide whatever instructional media that is necessary to train and demonstrate operational procedures at all follow-on locations.
3. Will the Government not require any form of "hands-on classroom familiarization" training beyond the training delivered in Youngstown?
Yes. The instructional media shall be of a quality that it takes the maintenance operator thoroughly through all operational procedures of the stand.
