About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation FA850125Q0009, which involves renovation work at the LCMC EBUG Lab at Robins AFB. The project requires installation of DIRTT moveable walls in an L-shape configuration totaling 18 linear feet, with solid walls extending to the ceiling and one large sliding door to accommodate lab equipment movement. The scope includes associated electrical connections and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring installation.

Key details from the Q&A indicate that the government does not provide a cost estimate, and while there is no definitive start date, award is anticipated around mid-February with performance beginning upon award. Site visits are required and must be coordinated through Captain Calvin Garcia. The government has provided an additional layout attachment for reference, though contractors are encouraged to schedule site visits for clarification of requirements.

a) In total it’s 18 linear feet, in an L shape, with most of it being one long straight shot, and then a small portion to connect with an existing wall.

1. We have added an additional attachment for the layout for your reference, but please keep in mind that the goal was to plan site visits with the requirement owner to clarify such information.

a) All the way to the ceiling.
