About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation FA850125Q0009 regarding the LCMC/EBUG Lab Wall and Flooring Renovation project at Robins AFB. The document addresses three contractor questions about existing wall/floor photos, electrical outlet locations, and project cost estimates. For the first two questions about site conditions, contractors are directed to reference SOW paragraph 2.0 regarding site visits and to contact Captain Calvin Garcia (calvin.garcia.1@us.af.mil, 478-222-7518) to schedule.
Regarding project timing and budget, the government does not provide a cost estimate. While there is no definitive start date, the government hopes to award around mid-February, with the period of performance beginning upon award. The project involves installing moveable DIRTT brand walls with electrical connections and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring at the LCMC EBUG Lab facility.
