3. Is there a cost estimate , budget or ballpark figure for the project listed? Is there an actual start date for the project?

a) The Government does not provide a cost estimate. There is no definitive start date. The contract start date will depend on the date of award. We hope to award sometime around the middle of February, and the period of performance will begin upon receipt of award.

4. After speaking with multiple contractors and reviewing the SOW, they have all requested the Layout of the walls that is wanted (L shape,Straight,U shape) and position of door and a floor plan and dimensions of the room in which the walls and floors are to be installed. I am unable to find these details in the documents provided on Sam. I apologize if I missed them. If not could you please send me the information so I may quote the contract as accurate as possible.

a) In total it’s 18 linear feet, in an L shape, with most of it being one long straight shot, and then a small portion to connect with an existing wall.

1. We have added an additional attachment for the layout for your reference, but please keep in mind that the goal was to plan site visits with the requirement owner to clarify such information.
