The proposal shall include their labor safety data for the three preceding calendar years – 2017, 2018, 2019 - for the 493190 industry NAICS code for which this solicitation is issued. This data is to include The Total Case Incident Rates (TCIR) and the Day Away, Restricted, and or Transfer Case Rates (DART) for each of the preceding years. This information will be owned by the Government, as is the rest of the information contained in the proposal. The Contractor will not be required to transport FOM between Hill AFB to Ogden Airport. For any assets which may need to be transported between the two locations, the contractor will notify Base Scheduling to arrange transport. Future task orders will address specifics if applicable.

4. PWS Basic 22 January 2020, paragraph 3.1.2, page 9 Will any of the assets contractor personnel will be accepting be considered HAZMAT, and if so, what type of materials will they be?

The contractor personnel may come in contact with residual oils in miscellaneous FOM (i.e. hydraulic oil, jp8, gear oils, etc.). If the asset is not free of all residual fluids, the contractor will not accept the asset and will notify the appropriate supervisor or GMR to ensure discrepancies are corrected.
