All Government requirements have been identified and can be referenced in the CLINs listed above. Requirements consist of Contractor Travel, Data Deliverables, Technical Data Package (TDP), and First Article Tests (FAT).
The revised and most current Technical Data Package (TDP) identifies proprietary, source directed and approved sources for parts or manufacturing processes. This acquisition will utilize Subjective Tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-1, as supplemented. The solicitation requirements include all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and all other information required by Section L of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Therefore, each initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a price and technical standpoint. See Request for Proposal for further details.
