Rules of Engagement
• There will be no question and answer sessions or one-on-one sessions during this Industry Day event
• Please submit all questions to Stephanie Tinnin at stephanie.tinnin.1@us.af.mil and Gale VanDeventer at gale.vandeventer@us.af.mil.
• A summary of all questions and responses will be posted to www.SAM.gov.
• Pictures may only be taken on base by attendees when authorized by USG personnel.
• Please arrive on time as these are USG guided tours.
Attendees not present during the timeslots in the Agenda may not be able to attend the tour.
Rules of Engagement
• T-6A Aircraft:
• External portions of the T-6A aircraft will be available for viewing, with visual access, but no direct access to the cockpit area or avionics bay.
• Measurements of the aircraft by attendees, contractors, or USG personnel will not be allowed at this time.
• No panels will be removed on the aircraft, as this would interfere with maintenance and student training. Radio access doors will be open.
• T-6 ATD:
• Access to OFT, UTD, ITD, EST, and EPT will be at a not-to-interfere with student training basis.
• No panels will be removed on the ATDs, as this would interfere with maintenance and student training.
Check In
• Primary Contractor POC verbally affirm presence when company name is called by the Government. Company names will be called in alphabetical order.
• POC confirms names of attendees.
