Industry Day Registration Form T-6A Texan II Avionics Replacement Program (ARP)
(Industry Day Registration Forms are due on or before Monday, 09 January 2023 at 10:00 am CST)
NOTE: The T-6A Avionics Replacement Program requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Industry Day on 12 January 2023 is open to both large and small businesses (to include prime and subcontractors). List all attendees on the form. All attendees must be a United States (U.S.) citizen or U.S. Persons.
Date: 12 January 2023
Time: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Exact time dependent on timeslot assigned.)
Location: Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma, OK
Registration: The Industry Day Registration Form must be completed and returned on or before 09 January 2023 at 10:00am CST. Sessions will be assigned in 15-minute increments, on per registered vendor and will be on a first come first scheduled basis. The main company POC identified below will receive an e-mail with the assigned timeslot after the Registration Form is received and scheduled by the Government. Please list all attendees (employees, subcontracts, partners, etc.) on the form. All attendees must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or U.S. Persons. Each registered vendor is limited to 3 persons to attend.
Details: In accordance with FAR 15.201 – Exchanges with industry before receipt of proposals, the T-6A ARP Requirement Team will conduct an Industry Day with potential contractors to view a T-6 site prior to issuance of proposals Questions related to the posted Request for Proposal (RFP) can be submitted via email to Stephanie Tinnin and Gale VanDeventer.
The purpose of exchanging information is to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government’s requirements and enhancing the Government’s ability to obtain quality supplies and services, at reasonable prices, and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
Early exchange of information among industry and the program manager, contracting officer, and other participants in the acquisition process can identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition strategy, terms and conditions, and acquisition planning schedules; the feasibility of the requirement, including performance requirements, statements of work, and data requirements; the suitability of the proposal instructions; the availability of reference documents; and any other industry concerns or questions.
NOTE: This is an optional Industry Day to allow potential contractors to conduct, survey, and allow for measurements on PT-406 aircraft prior to issuance of proposals. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror, interested parties, or attendees for any costs expended for this optional Industry Day.
