Mission Essential Contractor Services
The C-21 Functional Commander has declared the C-21 USAF CLS contract services are considered Mission Essential at each of the main operating bases (MOBs) and at the deployed operating locations (DOLs). This requirement does not extend to depot support (paint, aircraft, or engine) nor does the requirement encompass engineering or other services typically not co-located with the aircraft at the MOBs or DOLs.
