About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details regarding status reports required under the Vehicle Barriers Maintenance and Repair (VB M&R) Services contract awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA).
The CDRL requires the contractor to submit annual status reports no later than 15 business days prior to each scheduled Program Management Review. These reports must include a task order participation report listing all task order proposals submitted and reasons for any non-participation below 80%, as well as a self-performance report with pricing details on all U.S. Air Force projects completed. Additional ad hoc reports may also be required within 10 business days of an AFICA Contracting Officer's request.
The related federal contract opportunity notice indicates AFICA intends to award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts for VB M&R services to small businesses, reserving approximately two awards each for woman-owned small businesses. The 100% small business set-aside contracts would have a potential five-year period of performance for maintenance and repair of U.S. Air Force vehicle barriers.
