Vehicle Patrol Kit Questions & Answers
Question/Concern: Please take a look at the requirements for the Rechargeable Heavy Duty Flashlight/Spotlight. We believe your specs are combining characteristics of the old Pelican lights with the new. For example the new LED lights do not have the thermoplastic rubber shroud. We recommend dropping the thermoplastic shroud in the description.
Answer: The Salient Characteristics were corrected to read…Rechargeable Heavy Duty Flashlight/Spotlight: Utilizes light-emitting diode (LED) light source; rechargeable; includes AC220V- 110V/DC 12V charger; shock-absorbing internal battery module; minimum 200 lumens; provides minimum of 2-hour run time on full charge; unbreakable ABS body with polycarbonate lens;
weatherproof; includes battery; battery must be able to be shipped OCONUS.
Question/Concern: I noticed on your checklist item 8, First Responder First Aid/Blood borne Pathogen Kit, has 10 cold packs listed as PK 8.22 and 2 on PK 8.25. I believe 8.22 is an error because an additional 10 packs is not listed in your item description. Is this correct?
Answer: Line PK 8.22 was added in error and has been removed. The solicitation has been amended and a revised Attachment 09 was attached to the solicitation.
