12. PUBLIC RELEASE. Any information (classified or unclassified) pertaining to this contract shall not be released for public dissemination except as provided by the Industrial Security Manual or unless it has been approved for public release by appropriate U.S. Government authority. The contractor must obtain permission from AFGSC Public Affairs, 245 Davis Ave, Barksdale AFB LA 71110, prior to public release of any information, regardless of classification.

13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. Attach, or forward under separate correspondence, any documents/guides/extracts referenced herein. Add additional pages as needed to provide complete guidance.)
Period of Performance: Base Year 1 December 2016 - 30 November 2017 with four option years through 28 September 2021.
Ref. 8a: 28 BS, 465 Second Ave, Dyess AFB, TX 79607; 11 BS, Bldg 5454, Barksdale AFB, LA 71110 Ref 10a: COMSEC material/information may not be released to DOD contractors without Air Force Cryptological Support Center (AFCSC) approval. Contractor must forward requests for COMSEC material/information to the COMSEC officer through the program office. The contractor is governed by the DOD 5220.22-S COMSEC Supplement to the NISPOM in the control and protection of COMSEC material/information. Access to COMSEC material by personnel is restricted to U.S. citizens holding final U.S. Government clearances. Such information is not releasable to personnel holding only reciprocal clearances.
Ref. 10.b/d: Access to RESTRICTED DATA and FORMERLY RESTRICTED DATA requires a final U.S. Government clearance at the appropriate level.

Industrial Security Reviews, while operating on an Air Force installation, will be conducted by the Wing IP. The Defense Security Service will have inspection oversight at the Prime Contractor cleared facility.

Item 13. Ref. 10.e(2): Contractor will require AFI 14-302 (DCID 1/7) and AFI 14-303.
Item 13. Ref. 10.j: FOUO and Controlled Unclassified Information provided under this contract shall be safeguarded as specified in DODM 5200.01 volume 4, DoD Information Security Program: Controlled Unclassified Information.
Item 13. Ref. 10.k: Contract requires NIPRNET and SIPRNET access for on-base contractor performance. The government will provide unclassified and classified network access to include e-mail and web browser. Contractors will be held accountable for actions they initiate on the network and will conduct business IAW USAF, AFGSC, and local base instructions and policies.
Sponsoring government agency will provide Information Assurance training prior to contractor access to network services. STE access is required for contract performance. Access will be controlled by the sponsoring agency. Contractor will follow the requirements IAW AFI 33-201 V9.

Access to intelligence information requires special briefings and a final U.S. Government clearance at the appropriate level. Provide the information requested by the Notification of Government Security Activity Clause, AFFARS 5352.204-9000, and Visitor Group Security Agreements Clause, AFFARS 5352.204.9001, to the Information Protection (IP) Activity address in block 17 of this form. Refer to the contract document for these clauses.
Item 15. Ref. 10.e(1): HQ AFGSC/A2S has exclusive security responsibility for all SCI classified material released to or developed under this contract and held within the contractor's Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). DSS is relieved of security inspection responsibility for all such material but retains responsibility for all non-SCI classified material released to or developed under the contract and held within the contractor SCIF. DIA with trained DSS augmentees shall be responsible for reviewing all of the contractor's SCIF documentation to ensure compliance with SCI directives or regulations. Industrial Security Reviews, while operating on an Air Force Installation, will be conducted by the Wing IP.
