Part II- Company Capabilities
3. List any contracts your company is currently performing that would be considered the same as or similar to the scope of this requirement in size, scope, and complexity. Include those you have completed within the last five years, including contract type, dollar value, references, and names and telephone numbers of a customer point of contact for each contract.
You must include a) contract number, b) the contract type (e.g., Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Award Fee, etc.); c) the total dollar value of the contract; d) the name and phone number of a customer point of contact for each contract; and e) contract performance conducted in the Commercial or Government Industry
4. Can your company manage a team of subcontractors? Has your company managed a team of subcontractors? If so, provide details.
5. What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the tasks?
6. Please note that under a Small-Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR 52.219-14, for services the small business prime must perform at least 50% of the work themselves in terms of the cost of performance. Provide an explanation of your company’s ability to perform at least 50% of the work.

c. Government does not intend to include a separate CLIN for this Tab. Do you agree or disagree with this action. Explain if disagree.
d. What information would you recommend to change, delete add or ambiguities?
Tab B – Material Management
a. Are the services identified meet the Commercial Terms and Conditions? Explain if they do not.
b. Can vendor provide pricing based on the services identified? If so, as a FFP, T&M, LH, Cost Reimbursement.
c. Government intends to include a one CLIN for this Tab. Do you agree or disagree with this action. Explain your answer.
d. Identify any concerns, potential issues, suggestions, and/or observed ambiguities? You may recommend any changes, deletions or additions.
Tab C – Vehicle Management and Ground Transportation
a. Are the services identified meet the Commercial Terms and Conditions? Explain if they do not.
b. Can vendor provide pricing based on the services identified? If so, as a FFP, T&M, LH, Cost Reimbursement.
c. Government intends to include three CLINs for this tab; predictable and unpredictable work as FFP, Cost Reimbursement or T&M for unpredictable work (material & subcontractor’s cost) and a To Be Negotiated CLIN for inventory. Do you agree or disagree with this action. Explain your answer.
d. What information would you recommend to change, delete add or ambiguities?
There are unpredictable work embedded within the PWS for Tabs C, Vehicle Maintenance & Ground Transportation, and F, Real Property Management:
i. Given the data presented, explain if pricing could be achieved as a FFP & Cost Reimbursement, FFP, and/or FFP with T&M. NOTE: This is not your preference, but based on the data provided. Recommendations are welcomed.
