Consolidated questions for Roads and Grounds
1. As you may know almost all of the companies who works for US Government has CCASS registration. And all the projects are evaluated by Government through CCASS system. ANSWER: Offerors shall adhere to the stipulated documents and information requested in Section L - Instruction to offerors.
2. If we did not allow to use CCASS evaluation sheets please advise if the questionnaires filled by customer/government agencies be submitted directly to 39th CONS by the customer rep or should the offeror receive it from the customer and put in the proposal package?ANSWER: The offeror should not see the questionarrie after it has been requested.
