Task Order Transition
The following table outlines the Government’s notional task order (TO) transition plan from the current Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) contract to A&AS III. All request dates are approximate. These estimates are based on known requirements; however, the Government is not obligated to release any TO RFPs on the dates outlined below or to award any of the requirements outlined below. Customers with requirements spreading across multiple TOs may be consolidated into a single TO under A&AS III. Additional requirements not outlined below may arise during performance of the contract.

| A3 Exercising Planning |
| The scope of this effort is to support USAFE A3J exercises. Contractor-supported exercises series may include current and following year planning and coordination activities. Although some of these exercises may be executed outside the period of performance (PoP), planning support for such exercises will required contractor support during the PoP. Support includes providing validation and input of exercise requirements (i.e., personnel/equipment) into the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES). Support also includes technical assistance, applicable data and information management for analysis, coordination, planning, execution and after-action reporting. To accomplish this, the contractor shall review appropriate CJCS, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Partnership for Peace (PfP), USEUCOM, USAFRICOM, USAF, and USAFE exercise planning guidance, and the DoD Foreign Clearance Guide. |
