About this file
The document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for a design-build construction project at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam to fully repair Rota Dormitory B25017. The comprehensive renovation includes interior and exterior updates spanning multiple systems: HVAC (replacing chilled water plant, air handlers, ductwork), plumbing (full utility replacement), electrical (complete distribution system update), and fire protection (sprinkler installation, mass notification system). The PPQ is part of the source selection process, requesting detailed feedback from previous clients about the contractor's technical performance, schedule adherence, and management capabilities. Potential respondents are asked to complete and return the questionnaire electronically by 1600 hours on 18 July 2025 to specific Air Force contracting personnel. The solicitation (FA524025R0003) requires proposal submission through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), with a site visit scheduled for 26 June 2025 and a deadline for information requests on 07 July 2025.
