About this file

This document is a past performance questionnaire for a federal solicitation seeking repair and renovation services at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The solicitation involves base bid work repairing several buildings that house booster pump stations, generators, and water treatment facilities, with optional work for hazardous material abatement and electrical upgrades. The project magnitude is between $1-5 million. Responses to the past performance questionnaire are requested by September 7, 2023 and will be used to evaluate offerors' ability to perform the work. The questionnaire collects information about prior contract experience and asks the respondent to rate the contractor's technical performance, schedule adherence, management, and provide an overall recommendation on whether they would award to the contractor today.
