About this file
This statement of work describes a design-build project to repair Booster Pump Station #3 at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The project involves renovations to five buildings that make up the station, replacement of circuit breakers and wiring, replacement of the water treatment system, installation of new piping and pumps, and upgrades to the SCADA system. The work will be conducted in phases with submissions of 35%, 65%, and 100% design documents. The performance period is 550 calendar days.
The repair and construction work involves demolishing and replacing components in the five buildings, including doors, louvers, pumps, HVAC equipment, electrical systems, and coatings. New requirements include installation of hoists, flow meters, a water treatment system, and a Rockwell Automation SCADA system. The contractor must meet all applicable standards and codes for construction, sustainability, commissioning, and cybersecurity. Hazardous material abatement will be covered under bid option items.
