SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS

REQUIREMENT

A second pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Project No. AJJY-22-1063, Replace In- Pavement Approach System at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. The Government does not intend to hold any additional site visits.

WHAT:

Pre-proposal Site Visit

WHEN:

09 May 2022 @ 0830 CHST (Local)

WHERE:

Consolidated Support Center at Building 22026 (36th Contracting Squadron) Source Selection Room Andersen AFB, Guam 96929

*Main entrance shares a parking lot with the Andersen AFB Commissary

WHY:

Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where work will be performed in accordance with FAR 52.236-27

HOW:

Each offeror is limited to two (2) personnel for the site visit.

Offerors with Base Access

Be sure to send a list via email to the contracting POC's listed below for each personnel attending the site visit. The list must contain each personnel’s LAST, FIRST, and MIDDLE name and their respective position no later than Saturday 07 May 2022 by 10:00am (ChST). Be sure to state in the email that attendees currently have base access. Report directly to Building 22026 @ 0830 ChST (Local). All attendees must meet installation access requirements to attend. Offerors without Base Access

Be sure to send a list via email to the contracting POC's listed below for each personnel attending the site visit. The list must contain each personnel’s LAST, FIRST, and MIDDLE name and their respective position no later than Saturday 07 May 2022 by 10:00am (ChST). Be sure to state in the email that attendees currently “Do Not” have base access. Attendees needing base access must report to the AAFB Pass & ID Building 2403 (Located at the Main Gate) no later than

0745am ChST (Local) on the day of the site visit as they may be sponsored in based on the outcome of their security check. All attendees must meet installation access requirements to attend (Link is provided below).
