About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to Solicitation No. FA520526R0001 for a Roads/Pavements & Miscellaneous Civil Work Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract at Misawa Air Base, Japan, issued May 1, 2026.

The addendum modifies Specifications Section 01 11 00 to eliminate Option Year Two (2) from the contract structure, reducing the contract from three contract line item numbers (CLINs 0001, 1001, and 2001) to two (CLINs 0001 and 1001) for the basic year and option year one, with corresponding Exhibits A and B. The quantity survey line item (ELIN A004, B004, and C004) is renumbered to ELINs A003 and B003 and revised to clarify that additional survey points beyond the standard 20-meter set points will not be counted in quantities, and to specify that the quantity survey shall determine planned road center, road crossings, and road longitudinal sections before calculating quantities. The addendum deletes all Option Year Two items (ELIN C001 through C159), eliminates the ELIN A003 through C003 survey item for road center and detailed road profile and cross section, removes the ELIN A036 through C036 asphalt paving work item for modified asphalt construction with manual paving, and adds a new line item (ELIN A060 and B060) establishing a minimum guarantee for pavement markings applicable when total order volumes are 200 meters or less for reflective markings and 150 meters or less for hot applied reflective markings. Drawing RF No. C-11 is updated and revised to RF No. C-11r, with revised specifications and drawings provided as attachments.
