About this file

This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the 366th Contracting Squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base for a camera surveillance system. The government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for procuring and installing camera equipment across multiple buildings, with a total of 31 outside cameras, 235 inside cameras, 6 network video recorders, 18 uninterrupted power supplies, 18 network switches, 6 system workstations, camera software, 161 ceiling mounts, and 105 wall mounts. The performance period is 90 days after award, with quotes due by 10:00 AM MST on 10 September 2025, and a mandatory site visit scheduled for 12 August 2025.

The solicitation is set aside for small businesses and will be evaluated on technical capability, price, and past performance, with technical capability and price weighted more heavily. Quoters must provide detailed camera specifications, pricing using the provided CLIN structure, and optional past performance data. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and will be required to maintain camera coverage equivalent to the current installation without relocating existing camera mounts. The contract will be awarded to the offeror representing the best value to the government, which may not necessarily be the lowest-priced quote.
