13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. Ref. 10e (1&2): Contractor will require access to security directives specified in Attachment 1. Regulatory compliance is mandatory unless otherwise specified in writing by SSO ACC.

Ref. 10f.: The contractor must adhere to the special access requirements/procedures developed by the OPR. SAP performance at the contractor cleared facility is not authorized. Performance will be limited to government approved facilities. See Attachment 3 for additional SAP security requirements.
