Contract:

DD Form 254, item 13 continued.

Ref 10h. “Access requires a final U.S. Government clearance at the appropriate level.”

Ref 10j. For official Use Only (FOUO) information provided under this contract shall be managed and safeguarded IAW DoD 5400.7-R, chapter 4, DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Ref 11a. Contract performance is restricted to Holloman AFB, NM, Creech AFB, NV, March ANGB, CA, Hancock Field ANGB, NY and Nellis AFB NV. Using activity will provide security classification guidance for performance of this contact. The highest level of security clearance required for contract performance is TOP SECRET. Contractor employees could require access to TOP SECRET, SAR or SCI. The government will oversee the handling and storage of classified information in support of this contract. All classified information will be returned to the government upon termination of the contract.

Ref 14 cont. DoD 5200.1-R, Information Security Program: AFI 31-401, Information Security Program Management, AFI 31-601, Industrial Security Program Management and other directives deemed necessary by the Servicing Security Activity (SSA). See attached Release of SCI Intelligence/Non-Intelligence Information (Attachment 2) for additional security requirements. Access to intelligence information requires special briefings and a final U.S. Government clearance at the appropriate level, HQ ACC/SSO, 204 Dodd Boulevard, Langley AFB, VA 23665. Prior approval of the contracting activity is required for subcontracting. All DD FMS 254 prepared for a subcontract by the prime contract will be forwarded to the Government contracting monitor and SSO ACC for review and concurrence prior to award of the subtract. Access to intelligence information will require special briefings and final U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with ICD 704 eligibility.
