About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements contract. The Air Force is seeking construction services for projects at Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases with a maximum value of $95 million over multiple task orders. Eligible contractors are HUBZone certified small businesses within NAICS code 236220 for commercial and institutional building construction, with a size standard of $36.5 million. The pre-proposal site visit will be on July 18, 2019 and proposals are due by the date specified in Section L. The amendment clarifies that competition is limited to HUBZone firms within the assigned NAICS code rather than those in a specific region. It adds the FAR provisions for annual representations and certifications and small business program representations. The closing date remains unchanged and all other terms are unmodified.
FA486119RA0090001 is Amendment 1 to FA486119RA009 SABER.
