About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a CCTV system installation solicitation at Holloman Air Force Base. The solicitation (FA480125Q0010) involves installing separate Axis Communications CCTV systems for three dormitories and their associated parking lots. Key technical details include the requirement for standalone systems in each building, with four pole-mounted cameras (1 for Building 515, 1 for Building 517, and 1 for Building 586). The system will utilize point-to-point technology for remote camera communication, with no existing 110VAC power at pole locations. Video storage will accommodate approximately 3 months of recordings, and the poles for camera mounting will be provided according to existing parking lot plans. A site visit was scheduled for 28 April at 9:00 AM (MDT), with the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command as the sponsoring agency.
