About this file
This document contains two sets of Questions and Answers (Q&A) dated February 11 and 13, 2025, for solicitation FA468625Q0006 regarding carpet removal/installation, asbestos abatement, and furniture moving services at Building 2419.
The Q&As clarify several key operational details: contractors are permitted to use a phased approach by moving furniture to one side of the building while working on the other side, eliminating the need for off-site storage; the Air Force will be responsible for emptying fridges and file cabinets; contractors can stage their dump trailer and job site trailer in the parking lot behind the office and in rows nearest the building on the North-West side. Multiple questions refer to PWS paragraph 2.2 regarding the handling of desk contents and ensuring areas are clear for furniture removal. The total office space involved is approximately 6,300 square feet.
