About this file
This document contains a government file regarding a federal contract opportunity for base operations support services at March Air Reserve Base. The file includes workload data tables to be added to the request for proposal, indicating deployment and exercise operations supporting 200-500 passengers and 100-240 tons of cargo annually. It also notes that upon award, offerors may observe current contract operations on a non-interference basis as part of transitioning into the new contract.
The related federal contract opportunity is a short-term, firm-fixed price contract with some cost-plus elements to be awarded through a limited competition among five pre-identified vendors. The contract period is from January 1st to December 31st, 2020 to provide interim base operations services at March Air Reserve Base for the Air Force Reserve Command while a new long-term contract is being competed. Pricing will be firm-fixed with some cost-reimbursable elements for work that cannot be accurately estimated.
