Repair Storm Drain at MacDill St.

Site Visit Notes

1. Identify Government Representatives that are in attendance:

CO – Norman MacRunnel CS - Jason McCook Engineer – Ismael Miranda Inspector – Bill Kelly

2. Pictures are OK!

3. No technical questions about the requirement will be addressed during site walk. Will only answer administrative questions related to the contracting/bidding process. All technical questions are to be submitted by email to Norm and Jason NLT 28 August at 2:00PM PST. All questions and answers will be posted on FBO.

4. Bids are due on 16 September 2019 at 10:00AM PST in the contracting office, Bldg. 449.

Late proposals will not be considered. Originals only!!! Electronic bids are not acceptable.

Those planning to hand deliver their bids must submit a Pass Sheet (Attachment 8). You will not be allowed to come on base to make delivery if they have not been cleared by security.

If planning to use a carrier, FedEx and UPS are the two delivery services usually authorized to make deliveries on base. All other delivery services are not allowed on base.

5. Refer to Section L of solicitation for instructions on what needs to be included in your bid package.

6. Bid guarantee is 20%

7. Liquidated Damages will NOT be included in the contract.

8. POP is 90 calendar days from NTP.

9. Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) set-aside. You must be registered in SAM at time of award.

10. Reminder: Check FBO frequently for updates to solicitation. Bidders must acknowledge all amendments.
