The solicitation calls for the supply of three types of transformers: one 300 KVA three-phase ABB transformer, four 150 KVA three-phase transformers, and five 100 KVA single-phase ABB transformers, all to be furnished in accordance with attached salient characteristics specifications. This is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 335311 (Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing) with an 800-employee size standard. Offerors must provide a complete signed quote including offeror information, unit and total pricing for each line item, a specification sheet demonstrating compliance with brand name characteristics, and a proposed delivery date. Payment terms default to NET 30 unless otherwise specified, and delivery is FOB Destination. Amendment 1, issued September 21, 2026, attached a questions and answers document and updated line item descriptions. Funds are not presently available, and the Government's obligation is contingent upon appropriated funds becoming available.
