1. Question: For CLN items 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006 of the Base Year pricing and also the respective option years, does the “offeror” or “bidder” need to include Texas Dept of State Health Services notification fees and the required air monitoring costs associated with these line items in the unit price that is being offered?

Answer: Yes

2. Question: Is there going to be a mobilization line item or do we just work that into our numbers?

Answer: Mobilization is not a separate line item. You will need to include it in your pricing.

3. Question: Is the Past Performance Survey going to be extended?

Answer: Yes, they will be due on the same day as the proposals on Thursday, 17 Sep 09 at 1400 hours instead of the previous date of Thursday, 10 Sep 09.

4. Question: Do carpet and carpet tiles have different requirements?

Answer: Yes, they do as shown in paragraph 7. Products, 7.1.1. Physical Characteristics.

5. Question: Will carpet and tile have built-in microbial properties?

Answer: No, unless it is installed in a location that requires it by Air Force Regulation, such as the Child Development Center.

6. Question: Will carpet tiles be required to have dimensions of 12” by 12”?

Answer: No, the industry standard of 24” by 24” is acceptable.
