Questions and answers:

Is the plant on well water?

No, it is on city water.

How many operators are on shift?

According to the statement of work, the numbers of employees on shift is determined by the contractor.

Must the existing employees be used for the new contract?

No, that is on the main contractor to decide who they will employ. The contractor must be prepared to take control of the plant at 0001 on 1 October 2017. Only limited assistance will be provided by the government for operation, maintenance, or location of critical equipment.

May an external/stand-alone server be set up and can external software be used?

An external/stand-alone server may not be set up. Although, using laptops and tablets networked totegther is acceptable. Using external software on this external network is also acceptable. External software can be installed and utilized on Governments computers, but must be approved by the 509th Communications Squadron. External software may not be installed on the Delta V system computer as it is a stand alone system. If the software has been approved in the past, then it does not need to go through that process again.

What is the main cause of the condensate loss?

The condensate is not collected throughout the hangars because the doors are opening and closing regularly, making for a 27% loss.

What is the average frequency of the maintenance/repairs on the distribution system?

The frquency varies month to month from no repairs up to three per month.

How should maintenance requests be tracked/prioritized?

That is up to the contractor to determine the best way to track and prioritize the information required by the SOW.

Thursday, 20 April 2017 1400 CST.
