About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to Solicitation Notice ID FA462124Q0021 for the 2024 Airshow at McConnell Air Force Base. The solicitation requires hotel rooms to accommodate guests during the event from August 21 to August 26, 2024. The government is seeking 85 hotel rooms within a 20-mile radius of the base, with varying room needs each night. Rooms may be split between multiple hotel properties as long as they are within the specified radius. The government will not consider lodging at the on-base Air Capital Inn, as it is already 100% booked for the event. Respondents should provide unit pricing for room types, including double occupancy options, and the government will issue a contract for the exact quantities needed. A list of government personnel and check-in dates will be provided. The government does not require ADA accessible rooms and will not base pricing on per diem rates, but encourages competitive pricing.
