MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

FROM: 30th Contracting Squadron/PKB 1515 Iceland Ave., Bldg. 8500 Rm 150 Vandenberg SFB, CA 93437-5212

SUBJECT: FA4610-23-R-0001 377 TEG LSS, Site Visit Minutes

1. A site visit was scheduled for the purpose of answering questions regarding the solicitation FA4610-23-R-0001, for the reacquisition of 377th Test Evaluation Group (377 TEG), Launch Support Services. The visit was conducted on Monday, 7 August 2023 from 0900 through 1140.

Attendees present at the site visit are listed in Attachment 1, Sign-In Sheet.

The tour included visits to the following 377 TEG Launch Facilities:

1. 377 TEG Squadron Building 6601 for tours of:

a. Vehicle lot

b. Environmental CAP facility

c. Training Management

d. Program Management

e. Equipment Issue

2. Missile Processing Area - tour Building 6817 MPF 1 and Storage Facilities

3. Building 1930 - Refurbishment/Corrosion Control work center

4. Launch Facility (LF) 9 - (topside only, below grade not accessible)

5. Missile Alert Facility (MAF) 01A - (topside only, below grade not accessible)

2. During the visit, Contractors were given access to available areas for the proposed work site where they were able to have a preliminary assessment of the requirements and work involved.

The following topics were discussed.

a. Bldg. 6601

- Vehicle Lot: Contractor will coordinate with 30th Logistics Readiness

Squadron for vehicle issue and control. Reminder to reference PWS Appendix B for specifics.

b. Missile Processsing Area

- Contractor duties versus responsibilities of the 30th Civil Engineering

Squardon (30 CES).

- Contractor duties are the same for MPF 2 (did not visit).

- Total of eight storage facilities, but only six are applicable to LSS.

c. Building 1930

- Government Furnished Property in building 2007. Referred contractors to

RFP attachment 9 for full list.

d. LF 9

- Over and Above CLIN in relation to required equipment.

- Contractor duties versus responsibilities of the 583rd MMXS.

e. MAF 01A

- Corrosion effort is below grade (no access).

- Contractor to reference PWS Appendix B technical orders for specifics.

f. Schedule separate visit with 377 TEG and contractors to view technical data in technical library.

g. RFP extensions can be made available if necessary.

h. Questions are due 10 Aug 2023 no later than 1200 PM PDT.

i. Proposals are due 24 Aug 2023 no later than 1200 PM PDT.

3. Any questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted to the contract specialist (CS) and contracting officer (CO).
