| Question: As written, Task Frequency contradicts PWS 1.4.5.1, will the FMs be responding to unsecured facilities outside normal duty hours? Or are the FMs coordinating 377 TEG members to perform after hour support to respond to unsecured facilities? Please clarify. | RFP Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, Appendix C, Page 38 of 44 | Appendix C, Programs Management Services | FM will not be expected to physically respond to unsecured facilities. The FM will contact the applicable 377 TEG facility user via the Missile Maintenance Operations Center (MMOC). Once contact is made, FM will monitor situation until 377 TEG member has physically secured facility. Task Frequency on PWS updated to "As Needed" due to infrequent nature of task. Task description updated to state, "Coordinate 377 TEG member after-hours response, via MMOC, to unsecured facilities." While FM will not be expected to physically secure facility, they will be expected to complete and submit any related documentation within Security Forces established timelines. |
