Repeat this block as necessary up to a maximum of 5 references for Factor 5 Factor 6. Sub-Contracting Arrangement (e.g. Teaming Arrangement).

If your company is not performing ALL the work, you must fill-in the contemplated sub-contracting arrangement in Table 1 below for percentage of work performed by sub-contractor(s) and then fill in the percentage of work in Table 2 that will be performed by your company as the Prime Contractor. Sub-contractor arrangements include, but are not limited to, the following types of relationships: prime/sub-contractor, mentor/protégé, joint venture, etc. If a sub-contractor arrangement is not applicable and ALL the work will be performed by your company as the Prime Contractor, please indicate 0% in Table 1 and complete all fields in Table 2 accordingly.

Standard of Acceptability: The offeror’s responses provide sufficient information for the Government to determine whether or not the offeror contemplates a sub-contracting arrangement and, if so, indicates the name of each sub-contractor, identifies the task and the percentage of work to be performed by each party (e.g. prime and subcontractor), and provides sufficient information for the Government to determine that the offeror as a whole (e.g. Prime/sub combined) has the ability to perform the requirements of this solicitation.
