Agency: Department of the Air Force Office: Air Combat Command Location: 55 CONS Request for Information H-Wing Basement Q. When placing the electrical equipment into the basement, the contractors were shown removable concrete panels at the dock in the courtyard. There also is a motorized chain hoist above these panels. Please verify the rated capacity of the chain hoist and that the chain hoist does work, for this will be the only way to get the electrical equipment to this area.
