Contract Description
- FUNDING: Funding will be provided by the customer before execution of any task order on this IDIQ contract.
The guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract is $200,000.00. This minimum guaranteed amount will be fulfilled by issuance of the first task order, which will be executed in conjunction with the award of the basic contract. The maximum amount for the life of the contract shall not exceed $3,000,000.00.\n\n- This acquisition is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside.
\n\n- PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: One (1) base year and four (4) option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.\n\n- DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: The estimated amount for this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.\n\n- SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled 09 June 2020, 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT). See FAR clause 52.236-27 (Section L) for details required to attend. Email written request with the name(s) attending the site visit to Lukas Anderson, lukas.anderson@us.af.mil, and Melissa Mattis, melissa.mattis@us.af.mil. Requests must be received no later than (NLT) 08 June 2020, 11:00 AM CDT. See Section H for information regarding commercial vehicle and personal owned vehicle (POV) access.\n\n- SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS: Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing in Word format to individuals listed in Section L paragraph 1.1.5 NLT 2:00 PM CDT five (5) calendar days after the site visit.\n\n- SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: Offeror’s are responsible for submitting proposal so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the date/time specified. Personnel requiring access to Hurlburt Field for the purpose of delivering a proposal must email a written request containing the company name and name of person(s) requiring access to Lukas Anderson, email lukas.anderson@us.af.mil. Requests must be received NLT 72-hours prior to the date and time established for receipt of proposals.
