On July 29th 2019 a visual inspection of the above referenced water storage tank was done. This is a annual inspection to check the integrity of the coating system and components.
The tank was full during this inspection. Only the interior ceiling could be seen. The interior coatings are in good condition with some rust around the ceiling beams occurring.
The exterior coatings are failing. The upper riser rods and wind rods are rusting badly with significant sectional loss occurring. When the tank is rehabilitated some of these rods will need to be replaced. A detailed inspection could be done with ropes to determine what rods need to be replaced for the bids documents if requested. There are also spots of delamination occurring on the tank catwalk.
The mounts for the spot light on top of the tank are rusted through and high winds could cause catastrophic failure.
Inspection of the tank support tower:
Inspect the tank's balconies and handrails:
Inspection of the exterior tank:

Tower Security Fence: Tank has external fence that was locked.
Ladder Gate: Ladder gate in place with lock.
