About this file
This is a Clarification Questions & Answers document for federal contract solicitation FA440726Q0008 for electrical work at USTRANSCOM Building 1900.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the electrical project, with pricing provided on an overall basis for materials and installation combined. No addenda or Request for Information responses modify the scope, and no liquidated damages or completion milestones apply beyond an estimated completion date. Coordination is required between the selected electrical contractor and the furniture company previously awarded the furniture portion of the project to avoid double-counting of telecom work. Drawings will be provided to scale and include all cable test results for power and communications systems. Pathway installation shall utilize existing cable tray where available; if tray does not exist, the contractor will install and use J-hooks. Wireless Access Points are not included in this scope (no WAP cables required).
