13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. guidance: a. TOP SECRET, based upon a favorable single scope background investigation, plus cryptographic access for employees having completed an AFCOMSEC Form 9, Cryptographic Access Certification. Contractor personnel working in the Network Control center (NCC), Base Communication Center (BCC), and Wing Information Assurance Office, which includes the Base COMSEC account, are required to have the level of clearance specified. COMSEC designated material is strickly controlled on a "Need to Know" basis.

b. Open storage of classified material is authorized only within approved areas of Bldg 932. Computers processing classified materials will have removable hard disks and will be stored in a GSA approved container. The equipment becomes classified at the point classified information is entered into the hard drive.

c. Contractor personnel having completed a AFCOMSEC Form 9 must consent to participate in polygraph examinations administered by the government.

d. All provisions of the Visitor Group Security Agreement will be complied with.

e. The contractor shall comply with the provisions as outlined in the security portion of the contract and the mandatory applicable publications and forms as they apply to For Official Use Only (FOUO) information.

f. The contractor shall be considered a long term visitor group. Contract performance is restricted to Columbus AFB, MS. Requirements may necessitate the contractor receive and generate classified materials, up to and including TOP SECRET. Requirements that fall under Emission Security (EMSEC) guidance may be incurred.
