Subsequent questions may be submitted in writing to Christine Docker, Contract Administrator, and Cecilia Murray, Contracting Officer, but must be received no later than COB 10 April 2017. All questions and answers will be posted on FedBizOpps.gov.

Discussions DO limit your discussions today only to 82 CONS and 82 LRS personnel identified on the Introduction slide.

DO NOT have discussions with any contract employees or 82 LRS personnel not directly involved in today’s site visit!

Photos (camera or cell phone) are NOT permitted.

Recordings are NOT permitted.

Please refrain from using your cell phone once we load the bus and begin the tour.

Ground Rules

Requirement 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside 5 year contract 1 Base “year” (11 months) plus four 1-year option periods and a six month extension option period North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code: 561210 Base Facilities Operation Support Services Size Standard: $35.5M Contract start date: 1 November 2017; Mobilization 1-31 October 2017.

This will be a services contract to provide Logistics Services for the 82 TRW, 80 FTW and tenant organizations at Sheppard AFB, Texas.

Logistic Services Supply Track and manage all assets Provide a broad range of supplies, equipment, mobility bags, clothing, weapons, and other material Provide immediate support for-short notice and no-notice deployments, contingencies, inspections and exercises Vehicle Operations Manage fleet of registered and non-registered vehicles Timely ground transportation of passengers and cargo via surface Vehicle Maintenance Maintain registered and non-registered vehicles Ensures vehicles are operational, safe, and ready to use

- Tour Buildings 2110 and 2111

- Load Buses/Travel to Bldg Receipt-In-Place-Location (RIPL) - Tour RIPL

- Load Buses/Travel to Bldg 2095-R11 Maintenance Bldg
