SYNOPSIS

Request For Proposal # FA3016-13-R-0004

This acquisition is for non-personal services to provide all personnel, transportation including fuel, tools, supplies, supervision, equipment and other items and services necessary for washer & dryer maintenance, repair and leasing services in accordance with the Performance Work

Statement (PWS) at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX.

The proposed period of performance is 1 April 2013 – 31 March 2014 with three (3) one-year options periods; the total period or performance will not exceed 48 months. The acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification system code for this acquisition is 532210, Consumer Electronics and Appliances Rental and the applicable small business size standard is $7M. The tentative solicitation issue date is 25 January

2013, and will be available via http://www.fedbizopps.gov.

All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal in accordance with the solicitation and shall be considered. Interested parties should monitor www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation and associated documents. Interested parties will not be directly notified of the solicitation posting. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery

Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract as a result of the solicitation.

All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, www.sam.gov.
