About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Keesler Air Force Base Commercial Wireless Internet Services solicitation (FA301025Q0010), dated 2 July 2025. The document contains four questions submitted by potential vendors between 26-27 June 2025, addressing key logistical details about the procurement. Significant points include confirmation that Building 4605 is the site visit meeting location, not the actual service location, floor plans will be provided during the site visit, there is no incumbent internet service provider, and the site visit on 8 July 2025 at 9:30 AM Central Daylight Time is the only scheduled opportunity for vendors to access buildings and gather their bill of materials (BOM) for the project.

Keesler Air Force Base Commercial Wireless Internet Services (FA301025Q0010) Q&A Version 1
2 July 2025
Question # Date Received Question Response 1 26 June 2025 Is Keesler AFB Bldg. 4605 where internet services are being quoted?
No, Keesler AFB Bldg 4605 is where everyone will meet for the site visit and then we will travel to the designated building for the seed project.
2 26 June 2025 Are there floorplans available for the building?
Floor plans will be provided at the designated building for the seed project during the site visit.
3 26 June 2025 Is there an incumbent internet service provider, and if so, can you share the provider name?
No, there is not an incumbent.
4 27 June 2025 I see the initial site visit is set for 7/8 at 9:30 am, but will our engineers be able to visit any additional times and have access to buildings in order to gather their BOM needed for the entire scope?
The site visit on 8 July at 9:30 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) is the only time set up for access to buildings (assuming BOM means bill of materials – the list of materials needed to simplify procurement and inventory management).
