CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE 4#4/0 CU, #6 GND IN 2" EMT OR RMC CONDUIT.

CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE SHUTDOWN OF UTILITY TRANSFORMER

WITH GOVERNMENT AND CITY LIGHT & POWER. CONTRACTOR SHALL FILE

PAPERWORK TO REQUEST SHUTDOWN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO STARTING

CONSTRUCTION ON ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.

CUMMINS (OR APPROVED EQUAL) AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH (ATS)

SHALL BE 480V 200A 3 PHASE WITH A SWITCHED NEUTRAL. ATS SHALL BE

DELAYED TRANSITION AND HAVE BYPASS ISOLATION FOR MAINTENANCE.

ATS SHALL BE MINIMUM NEMA 3R RATED FOR OUTDOOR USE. ATS SHALL

HAVE A SURGE PROTECTOR DEVICE CONNECTED TO UTILITY SOURCE.

CUMMINS (OR APPROVED EQUAL) PERMANENT STANDBY GENERATOR

SHALL BE 150KW 480V 3 PHASE WYE GROUNDED CAPABLE OF HANDLING

THE INRUSH CURRENT OF EXISTING AND NEW EQUIPMENT. GENERATOR

SHALL BE MINIMUM NEMA 3R RATED FOR OUTDOOR USE. GENERATOR

SHALL BE SEPARATELY DERIVED SYSTEM. GENERATOR SHALL HAVE A

SURGE PROTECTOR DEVICE. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY

GROUNDING, BONDING AND ACCESSORIES FOR A COMPLETE AND

FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM. GENERATOR SYSTEM SHALL COMPLY WITH AFI

32-1062 AND UFC 3-540-01.

CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE REDLINE AS-BUILT SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM WITH

MISSING CONDUIT, CONDUCTOR, AND DISCONNECT FUSE SIZES AND

CORRECT DIAGRAM LAYOUT.
