About this file
This addendum pertains to a federal solicitation for runway repair services at Keesler Air Force Base. The addendum provides additional scope of work details, specifying that contractor equipment and personnel shall be limited to 200 feet south of the centerline of the runway depression with unlimited access to the north. All equipment is to be parked at the northeast end of Apron 1 when not in use, and no equipment or materials shall exceed 20 feet in height if left on or adjacent to the runway. The parent solicitation seeks bids for repairs to address a runway depression at Keesler AFB between $1 million to $5 million, designated as a 100% HUBZone small business set-aside. Bids are due by the date specified in Section B, and all solicitation amendments must be acknowledged. An organized site visit will be held on August 9, 2022 at 10:00am CST, for which base access documentation is required. Funding has not been obligated for this effort, and no award will be made until funds are available. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command.
