About this file
This document is an Exhibit G detailing the Solicitation Document Requirements for a Professional Building Architectural and Engineering Services Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC-IDIQ) for Fermilab. Offerors must submit a comprehensive qualifications package including a one-page statement of interest, a narrative describing firm capabilities focused on project approach, quality control, and cost estimation, and key personnel documentation. The submission requires detailed information on the Project Manager, Project Architect/Designer, Certified Building Code Official, and Project Engineers, with specific emphasis on their roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for supporting Fermilab's Infrastructure Services Division engineering projects.
The solicitation mandates two critical certification forms: the Subcontractor Annual Representations & Certifications (SARC) and Proposal Certifications (Form PUR-466). Offerors must submit a stand-alone Qualifications Submittal for each project category, with local Chicagoland offices receiving preferential scoring. The contract will support diverse projects ranging from small renovations to multi-million dollar construction efforts across industrial, office, public, and housing environments, with task orders issued as needed by Fermilab's Procurement division. Qualifications are due by 5 PM CT on 07/18/2025, with the work to be performed at Fermilab in Batavia, Illinois, or designated off-site locations.
