About this file

This is an Exceptions to Solicitation form issued by the Town of Thunderbolt, Georgia, establishing the process for respondents to document deviations from the specified requirements outlined in a solicitation. The form permits respondents to identify items or services that they cannot supply as specified or that they propose to provide through alternative means. Respondents are instructed to list exceptions by referencing the relevant specification page and item number, along with a detailed explanation of the proposed deviation or substitution. The Town of Thunderbolt GA reserves the right to serve as the sole arbiter in determining whether any proposed substitution meets equivalency standards and is acceptable.

The document does not contain pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, funding sources, or other financial terms. It functions solely as an administrative mechanism for documenting and tracking exceptions during the solicitation process, enabling transparent communication between respondents and the procuring agency regarding any variations from the original specifications.
