EXHIBIT A

Technical Evaluation - Subfactor 1 Worksheet General Construction and Renovation Experience This form shall be submitted by each offeror outlining the three (3) most relevant contracts (Government or Commercial) which are currently in performance or have been completed by the offeror within the past five (5) year period. Submit one (1) form per project; Limit page count to four (4) pages per project, to include Part 1: Project Information.

The intent of this information is to give the Government insight into the offerors experience managing multi-discipline renovation projects, focusing on the relevance and extent that contracts submitted for review are similar in size, scope and complexity to the work anticipated under this project.

The offeror shall fill in PARTS 1 & 2 below for each project submitted. Part 2 shall include a brief narrative relating the size, scope and complexity of the identified project to each Key Point. If the scope of an identified project does not include one or more of the Key Points, the offeror shall insert “N/A”. Offerors are cautioned that projects submitted for review which contain relevant experience with more (or all) of the Key Points listed above will be evaluated more favorably that projects that contain less (or none) of the Key Points.
