Business Subcontracting Plan (SBSP)
All Offerors are to address how they will meet the following SBPCD Minimum Quantitative (MQR) Requirements:

c) Small Business Subcontracting Plan (SBSP):
IAW FAR 19.704 the SBSP is a requirement for OTSB proposing as a Prime, and the negotiated plan will be incorporated into any resultant contract. This Plan shall describe the Offeror’s approach to maximizing opportunities for small businesses, relative to the subcontracted portion’s value. The Offeror’s SBSP dollars and percentages are to be presented in terms of subcontracted dollars for each SB socioeconomic category, including all years of the contract’s period of performance.
The cover page shall summarize the total dollar value the Offeror intends to subcontract per the minimum percentage values outlined below:
